The framework we follow
EKIS follows the national curriculum framework across the day school — the foundational stage in kindergarten, the preparatory stage across Grades 1–5, in line with NEP 2020.
English is the medium of instruction. Malayalam holds an honoured place as the language of our children's homes, and Arabic is taught alongside it. A subject-by-subject table follows once the school confirms it.
How learning is organised
Kindergarten (Foundational)
- Play-based learning across language, number, motor skills and social development.
- Learning outcomes tracked through observation, not testing.
Grades 1–5 (Preparatory)
- CBSE-pattern syllabi in English, Mathematics, EVS/Science, languages and co-scholastic areas.
- Computational Thinking & AI from Grade 3 per the CBSE national rollout.
- Continuous assessment with clear term-wise reporting to parents.
