How a school should talk about the future
Schools love promising the future. We prefer describing it carefully. EKIS is committed, in principle and in planning, to growing into a complete K–12 institution — and that commitment is credible because the institution already operates at the senior end.
What we will not do is publish a grade-by-grade schedule before it is certain. When a new grade opens, families hear it from the school first — with dates, teachers and rooms, not intentions.

Straight answers on growth
My child is in Grade 5. What happens next year?
Today the day school runs to Grade 5, and Grades 6–7 are not currently offered. We say so plainly because families plan years ahead. The school's plan for the middle grades will be published here the moment it is confirmed.
Is EKIS a K–12 school?
Not yet — and we won't call ourselves one until it is true. EKIS is a KG–Grade 5 day school with a Grades 8–12 residential programme, growing towards K–12.
Why believe the growth will happen?
Because half of it already exists. An institution running senior residential education is not speculating about whether it can operate at scale — it is filling in the middle of a school it has already built at both ends.
