What this website collects
- The enquiry form collects only what an admissions conversation needs: your name, contact details, your child's entry grade and programme, and what you choose to write to us.
- Browsing the site itself requires no account and sets no advertising trackers. This site does not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
What we do with it
- Enquiry details go to the EKIS admissions team to respond to you — that is the sole purpose.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing without separate, unbundled consent. Data is stored securely with access limited to school staff who need it.

What is the legal basis for processing enquiry data?
Your consent, given when you submit the form for the stated purpose of an admissions response — consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent and ask for your enquiry data to be deleted by writing to info@ekis.in.
How is children's information handled?
The enquiry form asks only for a child's first name (optional) and entry grade — supplied by you, the parent or guardian. Child data receives heightened care: it is used solely for the admissions conversation and never for marketing. Photography of children on this site requires written parental consent, without exception.
How long is enquiry data kept?
For the admissions cycle it relates to, and then reviewed for deletion. A formal retention schedule is being documented and will be published here once approved.
