Admission, step by step
This is the standing shape of the process; the school confirms current-cycle dates and any grade-specific details at enquiry.
1 · Enquire
Thirty seconds online, or a WhatsApp message. You'll hear back from a named member of the admissions team.
2 · Visit or video walkthrough
Campus visits for local families; scheduled video walkthroughs for families abroad. Bring every question you have.
3 · Application
A straightforward form and standard documents (list below). Nothing is processed without your consent.
4 · Meet your child
For kindergarten: a gentle interaction, never a test. For higher grades: an age-appropriate interaction and records review.
5 · Decision & joining
A clear decision communicated directly, with joining steps, uniform/book guidance and start dates. How long a decision takes is confirmed with you when the application goes in.
What you'll need
Documents (standard set)
- Birth certificate (for age verification).
- Recent passport-size photographs of the child.
- Aadhaar (child and parent) where applicable.
- Transfer certificate and report card from the previous school (Grade 2 upward).
- The admissions office issues the current checklist when you enquire, so you work from today's list rather than a general one.
Entry criteria
- KG1 is the entry point to the Early Years programme; children join later grades on records and an age-appropriate interaction.
- Entry criteria are confirmed grade by grade by the school office at enquiry. We would rather send you the current requirement directly than publish a table we cannot yet stand behind.
Special routes
- Mid-year admission: possible in many grades depending on seats — ask us honestly and we'll answer honestly. The formal policy is confirmed by the admissions office.
